DESCRIPTION
The REBT (rational emotive behavior therapy) Associate Fellowship Certificate Program is the third step to learn REBT. “Studi Cognitivi” is glad to have the opportunity to offer the same Program as it is presented at the Albert Ellis Institute (AEI) of New York. The class section is lead by the most international important and certificated REBT’s therapists and supervisors such as doctor Kristene Doyle, Director of AEI, and professor Raymond DiGiuseppe, Director of Professional Education of AEI and professor of Psychology at the St. John University of New York.
The Associate Fellowship Certificate Program is an intense three day practicum that includes frontal lessons and in which can have recorded audio file supervised in groups composed of 8 participants and supervised by one teacher for the whole afternoon.
REQUIREMENTS
Pre-requisite:
Certificate in RE & CBT; Five 20 minute recordings supervised by a Certified REBT supervisor prior to the 4 day practicum (Supervisor must inform Dr. Kristene Doyle at the Albert Ellis Institute prior to registering for the practicum that participant is eligible).
During the program participants will further their knowledge of rational-emotive and cognitive behavior therapy, as well as up-to- date research and clinical applications, and will receive individual supervision in small groups with a certified REBT supervisor.
During the Practicum:
Participants must bring 10 full-length (45 minute) recordings to the practicum for supervision.
Following the Practicum:
In the year following, participants must have 20 recordings (ten 45 minute and ten 20 minute recordings) supervised by at least three different certified supervisors. Participants should not submit all 20 recordings at one time. The idea is to receive supervisory feedback and build upon that feedback.
When all 20 recordings are completed, participants submit their 21st ‘Golden” recording, $150.00 US, and their application for the associate fellowship certificate to Dr. Kristene Doyle for review by a member of the International Training Standards and Policy Review Committee.

EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION
